Summer Peach Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 3 family size tea bags

  • 4 cups fresh mint

  • 4 cups water

  • 12 oz can lemonade concentrate

  • 2 bottles Knudsen’s Peach Nectar (do not substitute: purchase at whole food markets or other food health stores)

  • 2 liters ginger ale

  • 2 liters soda

  • ½ to 1 cup simple syrup (simple syrup: 2 parts sugar to 1 part water. Bring to slow boil until clear- about 4 minutes)

Directions

Boil water to steep tea and mint. Steep about 15 minutes. Remove tea bags. Leave mint in solution until cool. Strain into 2 gallon containers. Add lemonade, peach nectar and syrup concentrate. Add 2 liters ginger ale and 2 liters soda. Taste before adding simple syrup.


Yield: 2 gallons
